Private records
Private records require authorized access
Backflow records can include customer, property, assembly, and test information. For that reason, portal access is controlled through the Merani Operations system. WordPress does not display private customer records, decode assembly QR tokens, or expose assembly/test details on public pages.
WordPress remains the public front door.
The Operations system remains the source of truth for customer records, properties, assemblies, tests, CSI, account mappings, and audit trail.
